Digital Product

RUDEO Price Rules Manager Pro is a digital software add-on for WordPress and WooCommerce.

The product is provided as a downloadable ZIP file and a license key. The product is not delivered physically.

Price and Payment

The current product price is displayed on the Pricing page.

The public price may be shown in USD for customer convenience. Payments are processed in Russian rubles through Robokassa.

Payment is considered completed after successful payment confirmation from Robokassa and WooCommerce order confirmation.

Digital Delivery

After successful payment, the customer receives access to the downloadable ZIP file and license key in their account.

The product is available through: My Account → Downloads

The download access is limited according to the product settings shown at checkout and in the customer account. No physical delivery is provided.

License

• The Pro license is issued for 1 website.
• The standard license period is 1 year from the purchase date.
• The license includes access to the Pro ZIP file, activation key, updates, and support during the active license period.
• The license key may be activated on one website unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Free Plugin Requirement

RUDEO Price Rules Manager Pro is an add-on and requires the free RUDEO Price Rules Manager plugin to be installed and active.

The free plugin will be available through WordPress.org after publication.

Support

Support is provided for installation, activation, product usage, and technical issues related to RUDEO Price Rules Manager Pro.

Support does not include custom development, individual WooCommerce store configuration, third-party plugin conflicts unrelated to RUDEO Soft products, or server administration unless explicitly agreed separately.

Refunds and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms are described on the Refund Policy page.

Because the product is a digital software product delivered electronically, refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• Using a compatible WordPress and WooCommerce environment.
• Keeping access to their customer account and license key secure.
• Making backups before applying bulk price changes.
• Testing the plugin on a staging site when possible.
• Using the product according to the documentation.

Limitations

RUDEO Soft does not guarantee that the plugin will be compatible with every third-party plugin, theme, hosting configuration, or custom WooCommerce modification.

The product is provided for WooCommerce price management and scheduled discount automation. It must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Changes to These Terms

RUDEO Soft may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
