Digital Software Product

RUDEO Price Rules Manager Pro is a digital software product delivered electronically as a downloadable ZIP file and a license key.

After successful payment, the customer receives access to the product through their account. No physical product is shipped.

Refunds

Because the product is digital software delivered electronically, refunds are not provided automatically after access to the downloadable file or license key has been granted.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be approved in reasonable cases described below.

When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment.
• Technical payment error.
• The product was not delivered after successful payment.
• The license key was not generated after successful payment.
• A critical technical issue prevents product activation and cannot be resolved by support.
• Another reasonable case approved by RUDEO Soft.

When a Refund May Be Declined

A refund may be declined if:

• The product was successfully delivered and downloaded.
• The license key was successfully issued.
• The customer changed their mind after receiving access.
• The issue is caused by an incompatible third-party plugin, theme, hosting configuration, or custom code outside RUDEO Soft control.
• The customer did not follow documentation or support instructions.
• The request relates to custom functionality not included in the product description.

• Screenshots if relevant.
• Plugin version.
• WordPress and WooCommerce versions.

Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed based on order status, delivery status, license status, download status, and support history.

RUDEO Soft may request additional information to investigate the issue.

Cancellation

The standard license period is 1 year from the purchase date.

The current product purchase does not include automatic recurring billing unless explicitly stated during checkout.

If recurring payments are introduced in the future, cancellation terms will be updated on this page.
