1. Introduction
GTA 6 Guide App ("the App") is an unofficial fan-made informational companion application. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App and how it is used. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
2. No User Accounts
The App does not require account registration and does not intentionally collect directly identifying information such as full name, email address, phone number, postal address, or payment card details.
3. Local Data Stored on Your Device
Some information is stored locally on your device: onboarding status, favorites, local progress, notification preferences, and app settings. If you delete the App, this information may also be deleted.
4. Anonymous Device, Usage, and Advertising Data
The App may use a random device or installation identifier to support AI request limits, rewarded-ad benefits, abuse prevention, notification preferences, and troubleshooting. When advertising features are available, Google Mobile Ads / Google Ad Manager and related services may also process technical data such as IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, advertising or device identifiers where permitted, approximate location derived from IP or device signals where applicable, and ad interaction data. We do not intentionally use these identifiers to identify you by name.
5. AI Assistant Processing
The App includes an AI assistant called "Las". When you submit a question, your request is sent to our backend. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, or financial information to the AI. AI responses may be inaccurate — always verify with official sources.
6. Reports and Feedback
If you report an AI answer or content item, we may receive the reported question, the generated answer, the report reason, and technical diagnostic information to improve quality and reliability.
7. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, the App may register a push token linked to your device. You can disable notifications at any time in App or device settings.
8. Analytics and Diagnostics
The App may use analytics and crash-reporting tools, including Google Firebase services. Data may include app version, device platform, operating-system version, general usage events, crash logs, and performance diagnostics. We do not intentionally include the text of your AI prompts in analytics events. Advertising events such as ad availability, impressions, rewarded-ad completion, and placement may also be measured to operate and improve monetization features.
9. Advertising, Rewarded Ads, and Consent
The App may display advertising through Google Ad Manager using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Current ad formats may include optional rewarded ads and limited inline adaptive banner ads. Rewarded ads are user-initiated: you choose whether to watch an ad in exchange for an in-app benefit, such as additional AI requests or an extra chance in a game. The App does not require you to watch rewarded ads to access the core free experience.
Where required by applicable law, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising consent. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and ad availability, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Google and participating advertising partners may process information such as IP address, device information, advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate location, and ad-interaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies and your consent choices.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently use forced app-open or interstitial ads. Authorized advertising sellers for the App are listed at https://rudeosoft.com/app-ads.txt.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party providers for hosting, database services, AI processing, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, consent management, and security. These providers may process data only as necessary to provide their services and according to their own terms and privacy policies. Relevant providers may include Supabase, Google Firebase, Google Ad Manager / Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, and AI infrastructure providers. 11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. Users who are too young should not use the App without appropriate parental consent.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
13. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Local data may remain until you delete it, reset the App, or uninstall it. Advertising-consent choices may be stored on your device or processed by Google as required to remember your preferences. Rewarded-ad verification and anonymous transaction identifiers may be retained for a limited period to prevent duplicate rewards, fraud, or abuse. Third-party providers may retain information according to their own retention policies.
14. Your Choices
You may: disable notifications in App or device settings; avoid submitting personal information to the AI; choose whether to watch optional rewarded ads; manage advertising consent and privacy choices through the Google consent interface when available; adjust advertising and privacy controls provided by your device or platform; delete the App to remove locally stored data; or use official sources directly. If you withdraw or decline advertising consent, some ads may be non-personalized, limited, or unavailable, but the App's core free functionality remains available.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated version will be available in the App or on the official project website. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
